Changing Seasons, Transformative Projects
The new season brings new rhythms and rituals, and from us here at Watson, some exciting new projects and updates. As the kids head back to school and certain species begin their migration, we are celebrating the fall with a jubilant return to our favorite, vibrant and dynamic cities. While we’ve all been on the move this summer, our extraordinary projects have taken our teams to Boston, Detroit, Miami, Nashville, Jacksonville, and New York.
Some highlights below:
With Harvard, Tishman-Speyer is reshaping the future of biotech and life sciences. Our visual identity, strategy, and brand narrative is driving that transformation and inspiring the brightest and most connected minds.
Michigan Central is a new thirty-acre culture and innovation district surrounding the newly renovated station. It’s been an honor to be back in Detroit helping Ford and the Michigan Central team define and launch this transformational project.
A daring, new, larger-than-life brand for Villa Miami. The first ever Food & Beverage branded residential experience with Major Food Group and Terra on the water in the heart of Miami.
For the Soloviev Group, our pre-development visioning team has conceived a new entertainment district south of the UN. Freedom Plaza encompasses a new museum, sweeping public parks, and Manhattan’s first casino, while providing thousands of jobs and significant revenue for New York City.
The Khan family and Iguana Investments are transforming Jacksonville. A new stadium for the NFL Jaguars, a new district encompassing sports, entertainment, education, and a Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences on the St. Johns River.
Once home to the hosiery mill that spun the first socks worn in space, Wedgewood Village is Nashville’s most exciting new neighborhood. Our brand and strategy has attracted Hermès, Apple, Pastis, and Soho House to be part of its fabric.
