Reintroducing — A Hotel That Needs No Introduction

The Beloved Elephant That Built a Beach Town
Meet Rosie, the fun-loving, can-can dancing, party-going symbol of 1920s Miami. She once roamed Miami Beach and rubbed shoulders with presidents as Carl Fisher’s sidekick. Now she’s back humanely this time, at the heart of Miami Beach – a symbol of its transformation once again.
At Five Park we built her into the programs, the playgrounds and the parks. Magnetic, captivating, over-the-top, and not to be forgotten, she’s the embodiment of the idea of Miami Beach, heralding in a new era again, bigger and better.
It’s time to stop building brands that look like buildings and build unforgettable brands from Rosie-sized ideas.

Watson x This Place Drink & Draw Rooftop Series
This summer, Watson collaborated with This Place, a self-described ‘moving event project’ that gathers like-minded individuals for creative pop-ups through-out the city. For the third year in a row, we hosted a series of live figure drawing sessions on our rooftop and added a few crates of rosé to the mix to get the creative juices flowing. After work and just in time for magic hour over Manhattan, the roof was transformed into an open-air studio. Sans instruction, attendees were given complete freedom to explore their practice, meet other creatives, and keep it casual.
